Following the announcement Wednesday by Ambarella Inc AMBA 0.69% that the company has acquired VisLab S.r.l. for $30 million in cash, Stifel analyst Kevin Cassidy released a report breaking down the acquisition and discussing exactly what Ambarella stands to gain from the move.
Overall, Cassidy believes that the acquisition is bullish for Ambarella and a big positive for its shareholders.
