For each of the past 12 years, Kelly Blue Book has released its annual “Coolest Cars Under $18,000” list, a subjective ranking of the coolest and most affordable new cars on the market according to KBB editors. Here’s a rundown of the top five coolest cars according to this year’s list.

5. Honda Civic coupe ($17,267)

Honda Motor Co Ltd (ADR) HMC 0.06%‘s Civic has only two doors, which KBB believes makes the model much cooler than other Honda models. Civics are also well-known for their standard amenities, including a six-speaker audio system and rear-view camera.
