Trump: ‘The Shackles Are Off’

If Donald Trump is going down in November, it appears as if he is going out in a blaze of glory.

After a disastrous weekend in which a 2005 Access Hollywood tape revealed Trump using extremely sexually aggressive language toward women, a number of Republicans have withdrawn support for the controversial candidate.

A group of Republican leaders led by House Speaker Paul Ryan, Arizona Senator John McCain, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz is no longer supporting Trump’s bid for the White House.

On Tuesday morning, Trump took to Twitter Inc TWTR 0.89%, defiantly firing back at his defectors.

“Disloyal R’s are far more difficult that Crooked Hillary. They come at you from all sides. They don’t know how to win – I will teach them!” one Tweet read.

Trump also said that the Democrats are “far more loyal” than Republicans.

Trump took two shots specifically at Paul Ryan, calling him a “very weak and ineffective leader.”
